Permanent makeup is considered micropigmentation. It involves using a needle to place pigmented granules beneath the layers of the skin.
Also known as microneedling, this is the HOTTEST SKIN CARE TREND. It's a cosmetic procedure that involves repeatedly puncturing the skin with tiny sterilized needles to help reduce the signs of aging, acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles. The device that is used for this procedure is approved by the FDA and can also be used on other areas of the body that is damaged by to the sun, including the top of the hands, or the neck. Collagen is the most vital way to improve the look of the skin.
By stimulating collagen growth with microneedles, you can REVERSE sun damage. Your own natural Collagen will start to regenerate anywhere from 2 weeks and up to 6 month following the initial treatment. Why go for harsh chemical peels to "burn" the skins surface when you can have your own collagen do the work from within?
These treatments are individualized depending on your needs and wants. There is minimal to no down time after this procedure. Some clients may need or want a more "detailed" and advanced treatment which may require more time for healing.
Microbladed Brows:
Microblading has become incredibly popular because it gives a natural life-like looking brow created by using the hair stroke method. Pigment is placed manually to mimic actual hair strokes underneath the skin surface.
Powder Brows (or Microshading):
The powder brow technique typically lasts longer than microblading. This is because the needle used in powder brows goes deeper into the skin than the instrument used for microblading.
Powder brows may be a better option for you if you're looking for a longer-term eyebrow or if you are not a good candidate for microblading. Microbladed hair strokes tend to fade faster. The powder fill method uses small dots of pigment gradually built up into the skin to look like natural eyebrows. This method has a very defined shape. When done properly, eyebrows will look natural and full.
Lip Liner:
Used to enhance the lip outline, "not to create volume." It will give you the appearance of a full lip. Also, shading in below the liner will create an ombre' look. Very beautiful and natural option!
Full Lip Color:
It's exactly that! Full pigment placed to "brighten" or "darken" your natural lip tone.
Pigment Lightening:
Although it may take multiple visits, it is possible to lighten/remove permanent makeup. The pigment Lightning is done by using a micro pigmentation machine and a saline solution. Results may vary.
Scalp micro-pigmentation:
Scalp micro-pigmentation (SMP) also known as scalp tattoo is a treatment for those who experienced hair loss. Gently implanting ink into the scalp to replicate hair follicles gives the appearance of a thicker, fuller hairline. It creates a darkened area where the hair once was. This treatment is used on both men and women and it is a great way for them to feel more confident. Stop taking medication for hair loss that has harmful side effects. SMP is a safe, non-invasive, and long-lasting treatment.
Areola micro-pigmentation:
Areola micro-pigmentation also known as areola or nipple tattoo is a treatment that follows breast reconstruction. There are many reasons why women undergo breast reconstruction surgery. Whatever the reason is, scars form. Unfortunately, it does not matter how great the surgeon is. Scarring still occurs. Scar camouflage tattoo covers these scars with flesh-toned ink.
There are cases when the Areola needs to be completely removed during breast reconstruction. This is when a highly advanced micro-pigmentation artist recreates a 3-D Areola using a tattoo technique. Here at Pretty You Tattoo LLC, we understand that breast reconstruction surgery that's performed due to cancer is a highly emotional and stressful time in a woman's life. We understand what BREAST CANCER WARRIORS already endured. We care and are compassionate. We treat every client in a private medical setting and follow all set guidelines given by the New Jersey state department of health. We will work closely with your medical team to make sure you get the proper clearance needed. Let us help you get your confidence back!
